 | Do we receive a signed contract?
Yes, every event we do has a contract that both parties sign. The contract has details about the payment, the service and equipment. Both parties will have a copy of the signed contract.

| | What kind of music do you play and do you take requests?
Blast Productions has a large variety of over 15,000 songs from the 40's up to today's top hits including club and hip hop. Our DJ's know how to read the crowd and play what is best suited at the time. We offer our clients online song requests for them and their guests, plus stylish music requests cards. We believe because it's the clients event, we play what they want to hear.

| | Is your music safe to play at schools?
Yes it is. Our music has been edited for language and content. We believe in being accountable for the music we play.

| | Do you travel and if so, how far?
Blast Productions offers our premier DJ service all over Southern and Central Ontario.

| | I'm not sure what equipment I need for my event, can you help?
Yes we can, this is one of the things we do best! Tell us about your event, the details and what you would like to see, and we will sit down with you and go over everything you need to know. We will help determine what equipment and services is needed for your event, and help to match your budget.

| | Do you require a deposit?
A deposit is not always required, but by making a deposit it will guarantee our services and equipment for your date. A deposit can be made at anytime by cheque, cash, or online.

| | How can I make payments, and do you offer payment plans?
Payments can be made a number of ways. We accept cash, cheque, and online through our client accounts. We also accept a payment plan of 4 equal instalments prior to your event date. Payments can be made anytime before, during and 30 days after your event date.

| | Do you offer deals if we book more than one event?
We offer a great deal if you book your Stag n' Doe party and wedding with Blast Productions Premier DJ Service. When you book both events with us you will save $100.00 on your wedding package.

| | Can we meet with you and the disc jockey before the event?
Absolutely! We are one of only a few DJ services that include a free consultation with your sales representative and your DJ. This free consultation can happen at anytime before your event, and also as many consultations as needed. We want you to feel comfortable with us, your DJ and all the details for your event.

| | What will the disc jockey wear?
Because we believe in "Attention to Detail" we make sure our DJs are very well dressed, well groomed, and very presentable at all times! Our DJs will arrive at your event in proper attire from dress pants, clean tucked in dress shirt with tie and dress shoes. Our DJs are also able to wear a suit or tuxedo by client request.

| | Do you provied music and a microphone for the ceremony?
Yes, we offer our clients a Ceremony Package that includes a small P.A. system, wireless microphone, music and service.

| | Do you offer any other services?
Yes we do. Blast Productions is much more than a DJ service, we also offer complete audio, lighting and video services for any special event, function, show, and much more. Contact us for more details about what we can offer you.

| | Will the DJ be talking on the microphone all night?
No, we believe in a DJ service where the music is the entertainment, not the DJ. The DJ can make announcements during the night, introduce the bridal party and make special requests.

| | Are you licensed and Insured?
Yes we are. All of out equipment is insured, and we carry a 2 million dollar liability. We are also proud members of the CPDJA (Canadian Professional Disc Jockey Association). All of our music is AVLA licensed.

| | Do you have back up equipment?
Yes we do. We always carry back up equipment in the case of an emergency. We always use top quality equipment with every event we do, and trust our gear.
